Screen Freezing Issue in Splitgate 2 and Splitgate Arena Reloaded on PS5

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to login from a PlayStation 5
2. press L1 and r1 a couple of times
3. go to friends list or attempt to enter a match
4. see if the screen will begin freezing
5. when in the lobby, watch the lobby animation
6. see if it freezes a couple of times
7. pay attention to the right side of the screen
8. you will notice the words that are usually moving will stop
9. That’s a sign the screen has froze

Explanation

I’ve encountered this bug in splitgate 2 and splitgate arena reload but for whatever reason I’ve never encountered this bug in Splitgate 1 whenever I’ve logged into the game it would freeze my screen multiple times In Splitgate 2 it would constantly freeze my screen during lobbies main menu and even adding friends along with going to my friends list it would freeze my screen constantly for a long long period of time causing the game to be unplayable for me but in Splitgate arena reloaded it has gotten worse I can’t play a match without my screen freezing I can’t switch between lobby event, weapons, locker career store in battle pass without my screen freezing and I can’t, play any form of matches without my screen freezing i’ve tried looking up videos on how to fix it but so far it seems like I’m the only player experiencing this and for the console I play on I play on a PlayStation 5
