Mouse and Key Binding Issues in Configuration Menu

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open configuration
2. Go to "Input"
3. Click on the option to customize meyboard/mouse inputs
4. Try to bind MOUSE1 on aim
5. Watch as the game unbinds it from "Fire", does not bind it to "Aim" and forces you to use ALT-F4 to close it since it will not accept any other input
6. The same can be done for MOUSE4 or MOUSE5 on melee

Explanation

Unable to bind MOUSE1 to aim, unable to bind MOUSE4 or MOUSE5 to melee. Also many keys are unable to be bound to functions other than their defaults.
