Primary/Secondary Weapon Equip Keys Have Timeout Issue

Steps to Reproduce

1. hold the equip primary/secondary weapon key down for around 0.3secs
2. release
3. the weapon doesn't swap

Explanation

the keys for equipping primary weapon and secondary weapon are bugged, they do not work if the user keeps the key held down for more than around half a second, after releasing the key the weapon won't swap, so you have to be really fast otherwise the action isn't counted at all, why? just make it work on button press instead or delete that weird cooldown, so that regardless of when the button is released the weapon is still swapped
