Steps to Reproduce
- Have multiple loadouts configured
- Activate loadout 1
- Change something on loadout 2
- Expected: loadout 2 updated, loadout 1 active
- Actual: loadout 2 updated, loadout 2 active
Explanation
Active loadout changes when modifying an inactive loadout
The active loadout should not change without explicit user selection, however modifying an inactive loadout automatically sets it as active.
If this occurs while waiting for respawn ingame, it can result in spawning with the wrong loadout, which then can't be changed until respawning.
Primarily, changing something on an inactive loadout shouldn't force set it active. More broadly, there should be a short grace period after spawning that allows the player to change loadout as long as they have not taken any action
