Voice Chat Not Working in Game

Steps to Reproduce

1. There is no pattern I just try and voice chat.
2. Sometimes I can be heard in the game but not the lobby but I can usually not be heard in game.
3. The keybind I use is ' I don't know if that matters. I use push to talk and push the button but nothing comes through even if it shows I'm talking in game.

Explanation

Voice chat bug Cannot be heard.

There isn't anything I can change to fix it. Discord works. Also it can just randomly stop working in the middle of working. I check if the audio is coming through as input and it is because I can test that though windows and discord. My game chat is enabled and my settings are right for my audio sources.
