Settings and Game Data Reset on PS5 Launch

Steps to Reproduce

1. Turn on PS5
2. Launch Splitgate: Arena Reloaded
3. Notice your entire game has been set to default
4. Set settings; loadouts, and cosmetics again
5. Close splitgage
6. Come back to play later
7. Launch game
8. Accept the EULA
9. Notice everything is defaulted again.
10. Cry and lowkey rage
11. Spend the next 5-10 minutes resetting everything to preference.
12. Repeat…

Explanation

Settings such as sensitivity and graphics (FOV and high frame rate mode) settings reset on relaunch on my ps5.

Cosmetics and loadouts also reset on launch. Everything resets to default. Including banners, skins, emotes, weapon skins, etc. Ive tried redownloading my game, un-attaching all linked accounts and relaunching. I’m not sure why this happens I’ve tried every known fix and a few of my own ideas for similar problems still nothing. This doesn’t happen on steam or Xbox when I use the same account. This is only an issue on my PS5. I’ve also had issues where it locks me in an infinite queue and never loads me into a game. It also won’t allow me to exit the queue forcing me to relaunch the game and everything is default again. Extremely frustrating. I play keyboard and mouse so I’d REALLY appreciate a mouse cursor. That’s something that should’ve been included at launch. I also have to agree to the EULA every time I launch the game.
