Steps to Reproduce

1. Be in-game but not in a match

Explanation

Freezing on all menus every 30 seconds or so for 3-5 seconds. This happens on any menu continuously but never while in a match luckily. This doesn't happen with any other installed game on my PC, but I had a similar thing in the past with Battlebit Remastered and I discovered the issue at the time with that game was having a large friends list causes the same type of freeze. As soon as I blocked all except about 120-130 friends Battlebit was smooth, I haven't tried that yet with this game. It just seems like the friends list is being checked for activity non-asynchronously. This would make sense since some other bug mentions freezing when going to the friends list.
