Steps to Reproduce

1. level aeros to level 20 with 10,395 xp
2. leveling stopped after hitting 10,395 xp

Explanation

i have been having issues leveling aeros since the beta and it just isnt going up even after launch. i have been playing for multible days but still no xp. the other factions level and there guns too but aeros himself doesent.
