Steps to Reproduce

1. Place a portal near the edge of the map (like under the BFB spawn point in stadium)
2. Place another portal wherever on the map
3. Get killed near the portal
4. The other person has to enter the portal before it disappears
5. The other player dies out of bounds but it counts as a suicide and not as a portal kill

Explanation

If a player kills another player, then immediately enters a portal the killed player placed before it disappears and falls out of the map, it does not count as a portal kill for the killed player.
