Steps to Reproduce

  1. Equip Jackhammer
  2. Equip Bullet Burst attachment
  3. Fire weapon continuously

Explanation

The Jackhammer's Bullet Burst attachment has either no effect, or an ever-so-slight penalty instead of a bonus, when it is equipped without Rapid Fire as the other attachment.

Its bonus when paired with Rapid Fire is almost nonexistent when testing with 60 FPS recordings. Something's wrong here!
