Steps to Reproduce

1. Play OITC on Foregone Desolation
2. Trigger two from down to town medals at once
3. Medals get stuck
4. Trigger a payback medal to unstick them

Explanation

Medals freeze for almost a minute on OITC Foregone Desolation. I triggered two from down to town medals at once, the medals then froze for almost a minute (despite getting kills that should've triggered medals in that time). It looks like a payback medal triggered it to unstick.

I didn't capture the full time it was stuck on clips, so I time skip to it unsticking after its stuck. The video stops after the announcer stops talking.
