Prox Chat Issues on PlayStation

Steps to Reproduce

1. No issues in Game 1
2. In Games 2-4, enemy names are not displayed in the bottom left chat log, but team mates are. Can still hear enemies when in proximity
3. In Games 5-6, can no longer hear enemies in proximity, and can no longer communicate with team mates
4. Reboot to fix issues, then rinse and repeat

Explanation

Prox chat issues on PlayStation. Myself and 2 members of of my party, who are also on PlayStation, experience these issues at varying times.
