Random Color Filling During ADS with Railgun

Steps to Reproduce

1. Pick up Railgun and use ADS

Explanation

When using ADS on the Railgun, the area around the crosshair is filled with a random colour - sometimes transparent, sometimes not... see images 1-3. This may be linked to something similar which occurs in the mastery tab (see image 4) and customization tab (see image 5). This has been occurring since I started playing at the beginning of the beta, though the Railgun bug obviously has only occurred since it was added.
