Portal Placement Bug During Opponent's Portal Move

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have an enemy place a portal you can see
2. Replace their portal with your own
3. At the exact same moment, your enemy moves that portal
4. Check your portal

Explanation

My portal placed on a wall I couldn't see. I think I replaced my opponents wall, but they moved their portal to a different wall in the same moment. Instead of placing my portal on the wall their portal was on, it went onto the new wall the opponent was targetting.

Happened on Karman Station. I have the eye for equipment perk, so if you watch the clip frame by frame you'll see
1: I aim for my enemies portal in top blue
2: My purple portal marker appears above my enemies portal on red cube
3: When I look through my portal I see the enemies portal blocking my view
4: When I step through I'm on the red cube, where it's impossible for me to have hit with my own portal gun
5: I step back out and you can see it clearly that my marker is on the enemy portal on red cube.

Sorry I didn't get a look at it from the other side, it was a sweaty game.
