Headshot Not Registered Despite Accurate Aim

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a sniper
2. Aim at someone fairly far away
3. Shoot near the side/base of their head

Explanation

Not sure about this one. Noticed it while I was making a different bug report. From my PoV I headshot someone, but it didn't count as a headshot. I looked at the clip closely and I'm shooting the very edge of their head. Maybe I'm a pixel or two into their aura rather than their actual hitbox, it's hard to tell. It really does look like it should've hit them in the head.
