1. Check Locker
2. Check Base Skin Variants

Explanation

Locker displays Platinum Founders character skins as available to purchase as Proelium variant (100 Proelium). Rhinok model of Proelium Variants is very buggy, so I don't believe Proelium Variant availability is intentional for Founders Skins.

Platinum Bolt also has the OG Bolt skin listed as a purchasable variant.

New/Repeat variants found for Judicator Phasma, not found for other weapons.

Founder's bundle was purchased on my account early on, not sure if this has an effect on anything happening.
