Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Career leaderboards
2. Set season to all time
3. Set category to portal kills
4. Observe the leaderboard

All time leaderboards do not show portal kills because they were not tracked in beta and s0. That operation should instead show the sum of s1, s2, and on
