Bug: Quicker Reload Times for Certain Skins with Extended Mag Attachment

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hold down shoot button
2. Compare footage side-by-side of various sprinter skins (gaming, samurai, etc.) with the default
3. This bug appears when having extended magazine equipped

Explanation

Certain skins such as the gamer and samurai skins for the skin have quicker reload animations, and apparently quicker reload times when using the attachment extended mag. Quicker animations are perfectly fine and do not count as a bug, altho this could confuse players on the exact timing, but getting an ACTUAL quicker reload is a meta-breaking bug and turns SG into a pay-to-win type game. I have seen other players test this on controller by holding down the 'fire' button and playing clips side-by-side, and this appears to be a genuine bug. If the timing of the reload animation somehow governs the actual reload timing, this is a major oversight for when custom animations are released for shop skins.
