XP Gain Issue with Meridian Faction

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play any game as Meridian
2. Complete game
3. Don't earn any experience for Meridian

Explanation

Can not gain XP with Meridian faction, whenever I play Meridian I can gain weapon experience but I always end the game at level 15 with 2,755 experience. I have tested this with Aeros and Sabrask and both still earn experience. This is causing issues with team composition because I have no desire to pay Meridian if I'm not earning experience.
