Explanation

Many times, when I open a game, I either cannot move or don't have any UI elements and enemies don't appear, yet I am still vulnerable to getting shot and dying , even though there's nothing I can do to fight back or at times even see the enemy or move
This happens half of the games (and rounds) I play, and doesn't fix itself until around a 30 seconds/1 minute
I have screenshots and I after I submit this I'll try getting a video of it happening
