Thanks for calling this out. This issue has been previously reported and is currently being worked on. If you are able to provide the platform ID (eg, Steam, Epic, PS, or XB account ID) for yourself and your friend, we'll keep that on record so that we can provide the Beta Survivor pack rewards once the issue is fully resolved.

It's on playstation and Xbox, I personally play on Xbox but a couple friends I've mine on playstation have the same issue I can provide friend codes or usernames if it's necessary
