Cheat Engine Process Remains Open After Game Closure

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the game
2. Play for any amount of time
3. Close the game
4. Try to launch the game again
5. If task manager is open, observe that the cheat engine process hangs open
6. Attempt to launch the game a second time, it will believe the game already has a running instance

Explanation

Cheat Engine stays open after steam "closes/stops" game. So when you try to play again it shows "game is already running". You have to manually end the cheat engine process in task manager in order to launch the game again.
