Steps to Reproduce

1. There were constant game freezes in the game menus and in the game itself.
2. The freezes could last anywhere from 1 second to 4 seconds.
3. After the full release, game freezes in the menus were resolved.
4. However, freezes still occur at the beginning of a match without fail.
5. The game freezes for 3 seconds the second the game announcer says 'Go'.
6. The game lets the player take 2 steps before freezing.
7. Freezes sometimes happen mid-game, leading to being killed.
8. The issue is hoped to be fixed and not a hardware issue for PS4.
