Steps to Reproduce

1. Reset the game
2. Check if the game says 'thank you for waiting in Que to login'
3. Verify that the unknown error description appears
4. Ensure this is done on a new or Gen PS5

Explanation

My game keeps freezing and then when I reset it the game keeps getting a connection error and the description says Unknown error, I’m on console and I did everything commonly done, deleting gigabytes resetting console, checking the games updates and moving the game to console storage (which I downloaded an SSD storage) and I’m connected to LAN cable to my router so I should have the best connection right now
