Matchmaking Errors and Account Sanction After Disconnection

Steps to Reproduce
- log in the game (if pass)
- in the main menu screen search for match (if it dont get you error)
- play a little in the game and get kick and get the error
Explanation
You get kick out of the match and you get: RETURNED TO MAIN MENU: DISCONNECTED DUE TO LOST CONNECTION OR INACTIVITY. After that, if you try to search for matches again, you get: MATCHMAKING FAILED. UNKNOWN ERROR: PARTY_MEMBER_SANCTIONED and sometimes get: MATCHMAKING FAILED. UNKNOWN ERROR. But can still join custom servers without issue. And I'm solo, not with anyone else at the party. But if I close the game and try to play it again, it gives: UNKNOWN ERROR: ACCOUNT_SANCTIONED
