Matchmaking Errors and Account Sanction After Disconnection

Steps to Reproduce

1. log in the game (if pass)
2. in the main menu screen search for match (if it dont get you error)
3. play a little in the game and get kick and get the error

Explanation

You get kick out of the match and you get: RETURNED TO MAIN MENU: DISCONNECTED DUE TO LOST CONNECTION OR INACTIVITY.
After that, if you try to search for matches again, you get: MATCHMAKING FAILED. UNKNOWN ERROR: PARTY_MEMBER_SANCTIONED
and sometimes get: MATCHMAKING FAILED. UNKNOWN ERROR.
But can still join custom servers without issue. And I'm solo, not with anyone else at the party.
But if I close the game and try to play it again, it gives: UNKNOWN ERROR: ACCOUNT_SANCTIONED
