Lower FPS in Core Arena when EU playing with NAW player

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a PC of similar stats
2. Be in EU and party up with a NAW host
3. Play Core arena

Explanation

Poor performance of 30-60 FPS on Core. The performance is slightly behind most arena maps, which have a typical performance of 45-80 FPS. On simulation maps, I typicall get 110-130FPS.

I am EU and was in a party hosted by an NAW player, so there was likely high ping involved.

Update: The previous expected arena FPS was during the preseason. I played Grit and Zenith with good frames. It is just Core that is dropping my frames.
