Asymmetrical Locking and Unlocking of Objects in Lab Group

Steps to Reproduce

1. select a large number of objects, right click, and lock.
2. Open the objects tab in the top right and start unlocking while your second person has the menu closed.
3. when selecting it will bug and cause it to not be usable by one person

Explanation

In the Lab group locking objects is one sided and then delayed. When trying to unlock the objects myself it worked and i could interact with them however my friend could not causing an issue with moving and placing objects.
