Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to custom button layout on Steam PC.
2. Change ping to left bumper.
3. The game won't let you put the ultimate ability on the chord (clicking both bumpers).

Explanation

On controller (PC Steam, Xbox controller), I want to put Ping on the left bumper (and portal on the right bumper) and keep the ultimate ability on the chord (click both bumpers), but the custom button controller settings doesn't let me do that.
