Launcher Error on Steam and Epic Games

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click play/launch
2. Click yes to allow the app to make changes on my device
3. Also select yes if the second pop me asks me to do the same thing
4. Wait while the launcher says 'Launching game!' or 'Applying update'
5. Then the launcher error message pops up

Explanation

I fully installed/downloaded the game on Steam and Epic Games but both of them have some sort of launcher error. Steam has a simple error message but Epic Games has a few suggestions on its message. I've tried them and they have not worked for me.
