Steps to Reproduce

1. When I unlocked it on one of the characters with the shotgun.
2. I went back to the main menu after the match.
3. I equipped it and went back into matchmaking.
4. It wasn't shooting like I had rapid fire.

Explanation

Rapid Fire attachment on shotguns its the skin that everyone got on release for playing the beta.
