Steps to Reproduce
- The game is running on a PC with Windows 10 Pro operating system, version 22H2.
- Open the game via Steam.
- Log in to your game account.
- Go to the main menu of the game.
- Open the daily tasks section in the game interface.
- Check the list of available tasks - only the "Complete 3 daily challenges" task is displayed with a progress of 0/3.
- Try to find other daily tasks in the menu - there are no other tasks.
- Try to perform any game actions (e.g. play a match, deal damage) and check if the progress in the task is updated - the progress remains 0/3.
- Repeat steps 5-8 daily - the problem persists and new tasks do not appear.
Explanation
For two weeks, the game displays only one daily challenge - "Complete 3 daily challenges" with a progress of 0/3. There are no other daily challenges, which makes this challenge impossible to complete, as there are no tasks to progress. This blocks the receipt of rewards for daily activities and affects the gameplay.
Expected Behavior:
- When logging into the game, the Daily Quests menus will have three unique Daily Quests to complete (e.g. Win 2 Matches, Deal 500 Damage, etc.) that can be tailored to advance the Complete 3 Daily Quests quest.
Actual behavior:
- Only one task appears in the quest menu - "Complete 3 daily challenges" (0/3). No other tasks appear, causing progress not to update and the task to be impossible to complete. The issue has been persisting daily for two weeks starting around May 25, 2025. This prevents daily quest rewards from being earned and reduces engagement in the game.
Additional Notes:
- The issue was previously mentioned in a Discord ticket 2705
- Tested on a stable internet connection, the bug persists regardless of game activity.
