Explanation
All of my progress that I earned for the weekly challenges has been reset and I'm not earning any progress for them

Mine has done the same thing, and now the weekly progress will not update. So all of my weeklys are on 0/75 or whatever
The same is happening to me. At first I was just not getting progression in the weeklies, and now they have reset and are not tracking anymore. In the screenshot I have completed 6 Arena matches that were correctly recognized for the daily but have not registered in the weekly. Rewards I have already claimed have reset as well.

I am confused as to why this issue is marked as resolved, my week 1 challenge is still not tracking the progress
This ticket has been resolved because there isn't anything we can do for account specific issues within this database - the Player Support Team are the ones who can handle issues regarding Challenges & XP. They'll need your personal account info which is something we don't ask for here as this is a publicly visible forum. I hope that helps clarify things. If you've entered a ticket with the portal I linked above, they will have an open ticket regarding your issue and will work on getting it resolved for you asap.
