Steps to Reproduce

1. Just launching the game
2. It asks to make changes to his PC
3. It gets stuck while loading
4. It never opens
5. It shows an error 'unable to start the agent process'
6. It closes

Explanation

My buddy is having an anti cheat error on pc. He can't get into the game as of the last 3 days after he did the BR update. Pops up for him that the agent process couldn’t load but then gets stuck on launching. I had him disable norton and defender to see, plus added exceptions, didn’t work. Have tried uninstalling and repairing the game (verify on steam) multiple times, uninstalled redkard, installed redistribute files on windows, his windows is up to date along with his GPU. He did get in a game tonight but the game closed. It does ask him for anti-cheat service to make changes on his PC each launch WE've tried every fix on the web.
