Steps to Reproduce

1. Having someone added on steam
2. Playing together
3. Removing them from steam
4. Changing your steam name after the friendship has ended
5. The person you unfriended still seeing your previous steam name in some places in game, sometimes even being names from multiple years prior

Explanation

Previous steam names showing up in game on scoreboard/killfeed but not as username (previous steam names showing up in random places)
