Explanation

Previously earned Twitch drops and other promised cosmetics missing from Locker

The Alpha rewards as well as the Beta Survivor packs are missing from my Locker, the Alpha rewards and Beta pack were promised packs for launch and were not in my Locker prior to Open Beta or launch.

The Twitch drops (namely Haunt Cadence) were in my accounts Locker during the Closed Alpha, and no longer appeared during the Open Beta. This has not been resolved.
