Explanation

I am still missing my twitch drops eared during the alpha, and the rewards for participating in the alpha. I made a report via your website before during the beta, they said it would be resolved in the full launch, but it's the full launch and while I did receive the beta tester rewards, I still have not receive the alpha tester rewards nor my twitch drops from the alpha. Are you still working on them or is my inventory bugged?
