Steps to Reproduce

1. Restart the game
2. Restart the console
3. Repeat the restart multiple times

Explanation

The Week 1 challenges are not tracking. PS4. Cross play enabled. It's tracking Dailys and the 25k XP challenge, but none of the weekly stuff.
