1. Spawning in takedown

Explanation

Im guessing it's a console problem like my other problem I posted about a day or 2 ago. I spawned into takedown with my head ui in my chest and couldn't see anything because of it. It's happened to me a couple of times and I'm not the only console player dealing with this as I've asked others and some and said they have experienced it. I've experienced it in takedown on more than one occasion. It won't let me attach a video down below so I'll copy it here. Sorry for the cursing it honestly caught me off guard.
