Explanation
Mosaic blitz shotgun in battle pass chapter 1 won’t let me claim, it’s the only item I have left to claim to finish the pass and it comes up with “an error occurred while purchasing.

I am experience the same bug. Currently my BattlePass is stuck at 97% because I cannot unlock one of the skins for one of the shotguns. However, the skin is available in my Loadout menu. So this seems to be a visual bug only. When I try to click on the skin in the BP menu, I get a dialog with the following: “Purchase Error: An error occurred while purchasing.” I play on Xbox Series X.
