Steps to Reproduce

  1. Click Play
  2. Select Game Mode
  3. Start Search
  4. Load Lobby
  5. No Model In Lobby
  6. Cannot Launch from Drone
  7. Cannot Pass Leader
  8. Cannot Leave Lobby or Exit Game

Explanation

After the Game starts and the loading screen goes down, disappointment follows.

Character Model Does Not Load In Pre Game Lobby

Cannot Leave Match Once Loaded

Cannot Select Load Out

Cannot Pass Leadership or Launch Team

Cannot Interact with Lobby in any way (i.e. Move or Register hits from shots).

Bug acts differently in different modes such as in arenas a generic bot model of Aeros loads and allows to run around but no actual interaction with other models or their portals. In BR same bot model loads and will either continuously fall once launched or lad on a structure and remain immobile. Happens in all modes and on all platform types including XBOX, Steam, and XBOX PC. TS attempted has been unsuccessful.

Repair tasks attempted are as follows:

  1. Uninstall reinstall
  2. Repair tool on PC
  3. Network Reset and Network adapter reset
  4. Advanced configuration and removal of all player data from App Data folder
  5. Reset of all system to pre install state
  6. VPN ( this allowed for an initial access but then resulted in similar results)

Actions that allowed access for a single onslaught match then resulted in issue reoccurring near constant:

  1. Launch lobby
  2. See no model for my user
  3. Disconnect Internet
  4. Wait till reload of network and restart game
  5. Join game

Success rate of this method was 1:4 at first but now results in same issue after first success.

Noticed some logs stating failure to load model.

Pertinent System Information for PC Nvidia Geforce RTX 4080 Founders Edition AMD Ryzen 9 Processor 32 GB Ram DDR5 MPG X670E Carbon

XBOX Series X and S also have the problem, but not as commonly as the PC

I have not been able to play for 3 days and the last report someone asked for specs and now it's basically useless, so I created this new one to get more visibility on my issue.
