Explanation

Every time I try to get on Splitgate 2 on steam I am stuck on connecting screen, I've attempted to download the game on Epic Games and it does the same thing. After a while I get a message that says "Timeout trying to communicate with online servers", this is the only game I get this problem. Is there any way to fix this?
