Steps to Reproduce

  1. Boot up game
  2. Set Display mode to Windowed, or Windowed Fullscreen
  3. Play like normal
  4. FPS will dip up, and down quite dramatically
  5. Be in Fullscreen display mode
  6. Clip something, or take a screenshot with Medal
  7. FPS will dip up, and down quite dramatically, until you Alt-Tab in, and out of the game

Explanation

Game on PC drops FPS quite dramatically, and goes up, and down every 2-10 seconds when Windowed, or Windowed Borderless is set as the display mode. Doesn't happen in Fullscreen. Also FPS will dip if something is above the Splitgate 2 Window, such as a Medal clip notification. Happens on Nvidia, and AMD GPUs, with different configs
