Steps to Reproduce

1. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PyaaszNdVcQ
2. set portal quality and fps to ultra with WP enabled
3. close the settings and open them again

Explanation

when both portal quality settings are on ultra and seetrough world portals are on leaving the settings will set both to high, only if one of the 2 is on ultra it will save the changes

this was at first discussed over email with support "Myst" "Freydis" and "Siobhan", the latter telling me to report it here
