Steps to Reproduce

  1. I turn the game on
  2. after a few seconds I get the error code
  3. if i do manage to get into a game, i get to play for about 15 seconds and then it kicks me saying I have been sanctioned.
  4. Once i am sanctioned, i have to wait about 30-45 minutes to play again
  5. from there the cycle repeats
  6. I downloaded the game through epic games and the issue persists

Explanation

Every time i start the game, i end up getting an error code that says my account is sanctioned. I then cant play the game for a while and then next time i'm allowed in the same thing happens. I cannot play the game and after working through a few attempts at fixing it with the ticket i have in discord I'm at a loss at this point.
