Scoreboard and Stats Tab Not Displaying in Battle Royale Mode

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load into a Battle Royale match
2. Press the assigned Scoreboard key and observe that nothing pops up on screen
3. Change the Scoreboard key to 'Tab' as the primary key and '5' as the secondary key
4. Observe that neither key fixes the issue
5. Verify that the Scoreboard key works fine in all normal Arena, TDM, Takedown modes
6. Observe that the Scoreboard sometimes works in the pre-game BR lobby
7. In the pre-game BR lobby, observe that all kills/damage are 0
8. At the end of a BR match, observe that no stats or scoreboard pops up while the Stats tab is selected

Explanation

Neither the Scoreboard nor the end-game 'Stats' tab pop up anything at all in Battle Royale mode, so I can never see my or my teammates' stats.
