Input Lag and Disconnected Movement in Splitgate 2

Steps to Reproduce

1. Playing the game in TDM
2. Anytime in a fight recieving the input lag.
3. So far happens on every map.

Explanation

Input lag from whats on screen compared to key presses.

Constantly moving without my hands on the keyboard. I've tried multiple keyboards to test this but the input delay is still there. I can't even play the game at this point because my movement is all over the place.

Uploaded a video clearly showing my hands off my keyboard and mouse while still moving. Please. I don't know what to do to fix this. I'm playing over Ethernet with gig speeds so I know it's not my network causing the issue.

And here is a longer clip that shows me hitting the space bar without getting any input.
