Steps to Reproduce

1. It occurs for me 100% of the time, no reproduction effort needed

Explanation

There is one of those yellow 'alert' symbols like there's a new item to discover on my Aeros faction from the 'Loadouts' screen.
When I click on it, there's nothing to show there is any new skill to discover. Even after clicking every gun and clicking every gun's attachments. Even when I right click and look at skins, there is nothing there to discover
