Steps to Reproduce
- Place a gold portal as an exit point.
- Aim to whichever wall is closest to me for the entry portal.
- Try to enter the portal.
- Glitch through the map and fall to my death.
- Clip all three incidents for reference.
Explanation
Sometimes using portals makes me fall through the map. I just experienced this in my last match, which would equal the third time overall.

Hello, I’ve tried reproducing the issue using the provided steps and the same location, but it appears the issue does not occur on my end. If possible, could you please share the other video you mentioned? It would be helpful for further investigation.
The other clips are from different matches, and happened on different levels. Though, trying to use portals was what initiated the incidents.
