Steps to Reproduce

1. He tried to enter his own portal.
2. It was overwritten by an enemy as he was transitioning to the corresponding portal.
3. He got stuck in the wall because of it.

Explanation

In a takedown match a team mate got stuck inside a wall and couldn't die. This prevented the enemy team from being able to win.
