Steps to Reproduce

1. Playing the game
2. Attempting to tab into team chat or match chat
3. Observing that it is not possible to tab into team chat or match chat if there is one

Explanation

can't tab out of party chat, i can only use party chat. probably better for my social engagement but i would atleast like to say gg to other players.
